Banana Bars and Tropical Gels, there are about 15 bars and 20 gels. I'll be dropping them into 14Bike co tomorrow morning to be left on the table. The use by date is March 17th for the bars and march for the gels.
Fill your boots...
Bought for a 24hr trip I did to Salcombe but I did not need as many as I thought (got very bored of them).

Came over Tower Bridge turned left onto Queen Elizabeth Street, A van was parked up on the left with its lights on. Slightly dazzled I re-gained sight to swerve round a ped, was thinking how close was that to then hit that massive pot hole in the middle of the road. Queue me sprawled all over the road with a fooked front wheel and a smashed up hand. Not sure if I fell cause of the hole or i tried to bunny hop it and stacked it either way it hurts. £40 cab home later i have a gashed finger and a huge red lump over my left kidney / hip.
Front wheel will need to re-built and my pride is hurt, Any recommendations on where to get it re-built, 36h Open Pro on a Phil. This was Ivan's bike...
Still funny story from the cabbie on the way back home about how he sold up expecting to move to greece with his wife only for her to tell him she had been hiding £50k worth of debt....now he is back out in the cab !

So I have a stuck post.....Its a Dura Ace Easton post stuck in a Colnago Master frame. Tried WD40 soaking and reading through Sheldon my next stop is Ammonia. I was planning to hang it upside down and pour it through a bottle boss ? Should I really think about stripping the bike down and going in through the BB ? Also will this harm the paint work ? presently I cannot get enough purchase on the post as clamp is now rotating at the top of the post. Next steps ?
1) Drill a hole through the post and get a large screwdriver to give me more leverage ?
2) Cut it out, I can hacksaw down through the slot in the seat clampWhich will be the best way to protect the frame ?
I suppose my only real question is the Ammonia / Paint one.....
Also in future which is better to protect the post, grease or copper grease ?
