Every time there is one of these threads it turns out to be a cog slipping problem. Yours may be the exception, it's possible but unlikely. Take off lock ring and cog, check threads yourself.
Otherwise check chainrings bolts, crank bolts, feel for b.b play and roughness, feel for cone play on the hub check your track nuts are tight, all after you've check the hub threads,
Cheers for your help tommy,
will do once i get access to the tools!
Wasn't gonna start a new thread, but as you said all the other slipping threads appeared to be about loose lockrings/cogs -

http://www.lfgss.com/thread5730.html?highlight=slipping+cogCheers, appreciate your facepalm and all...
As i explained i've had the Cog/lockiring tightened twice already? -
So i got a new wheelset and after much thought and practice decided to go brakeless.
(Coz i dont wanna strip teh paintz off ma new rims innit)Started riding, when i attempt to skid/apply hard resistance on the pedals, i get some slippage. So i assumed as this was the new wheelset, the cog/lockring may be loose, so i got it tightened at the LBS. Still experience slipping, so i take it back get it tightened again.
Seems fine until today, attempt to skid to slow down, i hear a metal scraping sound. The chain slips, so i pedal forward and numerous clicking and crunching sounds exude from the bike, sounds like the BB possibly? could this be the problem.
Its the standard BB on the Fuji Track, should i just swap it out. Advice would be much appreciated! Thanks

to be fair, I was riding the geared utility bike, and it's not impossible to able to do a long distance without breaking a sweat providing that you take it easy, as oppose to caning it at every oppourity during the TT Commute Hour.
That and strapping the bike on the bag properly with lots of cushioning inside helped a lots.
What bag was that you were using?

I was thinking that yesterday, The forks are a giveaway.
