A rather delightful 3Rensho outside my work.
Whoever you are, I love your bike but you really need to reassess your locking strategy. I can't spend the entire afternoon keeping an eye on it for you and bikes have been nicked from here. Next time you struggle finding a parking space give me a knock, I'll keep it indoors for you, Studio 6.

What you mean you never ride them? Pretty much par for the course on lfgss
One of them, yeah, a little bit. But I do actually keep them polished and waxed so when dirt does decide to stick, it does literally wipe off. I've honestly not 'washed' a road bike in as long as I can remember especially fixed, there's no abundance of gears and mechs to trap crud.

1) A white Rolls, comes in a box but has been used and shows light wear. Bought from here but never used. Asking what I paid - Gone
2) Cinelli 1A, 100mm, 26.4mm clamp. Some insertion marks - Gone
3) I ordered some Condor decals in white and a new self adhesive head badge directly from them but have had a change of plan so these are surplus to requirements. Handy if someone is planning an overhaul on their Condor. Decals are wet slides and are designated for down, top and seat tubes. They were £25 the set but I can't imagine a huge demand for them - Gone
Also got a few odds & sods and freecycle on my other thread but didn't want to edit it as goes into a spam frenzy everytime I try and add images. https://www.lfgss.com/thread53935.html
Collection only from either N16 or E14 and possibly somewhere in between.

I picked up this Francesco Moser a few years back and it was billed as having Columbus SLX tubing but the decals were all falling away and it was difficult to identify and the rear dropouts are not stamped although the entire frame is chromed beneath the front portions paint and that does tend to suggest that it was a higher end model
It appears to be a late 70s frame as it has above BB cable routing yet the chrome has lasted the test of time and is in surprisingly good shape.
The Shimano 600 group was a good few eras newer than the frame and the fork is a non original Tange so I convinced myself to convert it to fixed as with less parts adorned it takes me one step closer to getting the frame restored. NOS wet slide decals I sourced ages ago would then go on in place of the temporary vinyls I had cut when I first got it.
Actually, it looks like this now. I fitted a shorter stem, risers and front brake.

If it's just scratches in the lacquer then you can wet sand the clear coat with a fine grade paper, say 1500 and keep it well lubed. After flattening you can use a polishing compound to bring back a shine and then a coat of wax to protect.
If you're scratched down to metal then you'll need to touch with something like automotive paint and lacquer on top with a clear lacquer especially if the paint is metallic.
