The BB that was in the frame was a Shimano UN54 68-107mm.
If you have a look in the transmission database you may get lucky and find someone is already using that set up. A lot of people seem to be running a Campag Centaur 111mm BB or failing that you can't go wrong with a Sugino 75 BB to match the cranks ;)

^^ I ride a fair bit in London but mainly use this on longer rides in Essex. They're 25c which makes them plenty comfy although they don't roll as fast as the Challenge Fortes I had on there. Prefer the Duranos over Paselas (which I tried before the Fortes) though and haven't punctured in 1000 miles.

So with the recent influx of Roberts builds and rebuilds in Current Projects what better time to start our own little thread dedicated to Croydons very own...
From the skinny tyred race machine that is the Master Pro right through to the 26" wheeled world champion tourer that is the Roughstuff, I want to see them all!
Mine? Basically a track bike with a more long distance friendly geometry. Reynolds 853 main triangle with a blend of Columbus for the stays. Two water bottle bosses. Drilled front, not rear.

36h White Industries track hubs, Mavic CXP 33 rims. Sugino 75 cranks and BB, Zen chainring. Thomson stem and seatpost, Flite saddle. Zipp Service Course SL bars, Sram S900 Levers, Red caliper. Think that's the most important parts!
^^ I'd go for that Phil though, hehe!
