New to fixed so after a 'starter' bike... one I can spec up if necessary as time and funds allow. I'm not massively knowledgeable on all the tech (yet) but am after either a complete bike (not off the shelf please) or a frame/wheel set etc with a little guidance to what will work. I'm 5'11 so guess something around the 58 mark?

Any hints etc welcome...

Oh and looking to spend around £200/£250 ish...
