Also on my kitchen scales, so prob need a fair amount of tolerance to be added.

They are most definitely clinchers - not light, will weight them when I get home and strip tyres/tubes off them

Started life in a neon orange colour; but had it powder coated by Armourtex so it was less conspicuous.

I have a pair of of 85mm Carbon Clincher rims laced onto American Classic Track Hubs (120mm rear, 100mm front 3/8" Allen Bolt) with CX Ray spokes.

Only rear been used; for 2 hours on trainer.

Great thing about the American Classic Hubs is the bolts; instead of a solid rear spindle, so can be used with 130mm rear spaced frame easily with spacers.

Hand built by Alan at Shorter Rochford (not some questionable far east factory build)
