Not mine, but a slight bar wrapping OSM... From here:

I saw a review of it here: http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/898464-Rustoleum-s-Neverwet-bike-testing and thought about the Brompton, but the fact that it rubs off easily could make it unsuitable for a folder.

Cyclestreets now does turn by turn navigation and live recalculation, but it's a little late on calling the turns. It may work better on lanes than in the city.

Tried it today around London. It's... exciting.
The directions are announced a little late - you get no warning, so as you're passing a junction you'll get told to turn left. It's also rather keen to replan a route the moment you go off-track, which initially I found annoying but I think it's better than the alternative. If they can get the announcements a little more in advance, it will be pretty awesome. The routes cyclestreets come up with are maybe a bit too optimal, being a bit too twisty without factoring in the time it takes to turn across traffic etc, but it does give it that rat-run feel and the routes it came up with were a lot of fun.
7/10
A little late is a bit generous. I used it to get me from Beckenham to Lewisham and it left me sat waiting at junctions a couple of times while I waited for an instruction. I also missed turnings as I was already past the turning before it gave me the direction and road name.
On the return journey I asked for the quietest route (I used balanced on the way out) and it made me cross the A21 at Lewishan High St(left out of George Lane and a quick right across 4 lanes of traffic into Hawstead Road called out at the last minute) and shortly after it told me to turn right onto the South Circular, at this junction where there's a no right turn.
It also failed to recalulate when I missed a junction after it told me to turn left at a roundabout immediately after telling me to go straight on.
It's still early days yet though; I'm sure the mapping will improve. It did get me to my destination the first time and managed to recalculate when I missed the turn, so there's a good base to start from. Earlier calls would definitely help.
Also 7/10, but that's probably a little stingy considering it's free.
