You can win a BLB bike here: http://www.hm.com/gb/brick-lane-bikes#game
How people manage to get the high scores is beyond me.

I had a quick look in Oxford Circus today.
Not so impressed. Everything seems to be cotton based apart from the merino "jumper" jersey. The shirts are straight cut, so pretty worthless, and the quilted shirt has poppers down the centre which will let the wind through nicely.
The jackets aren't bad, with decent vents and a strap inside so that they can be slung like a rucksack (not entirely sure how this will work) and could actually be worn off the bike without looking too much like a dick.
Fake edit: Actually, just looked at the website and the carrying strap is a fucking joke. I assumed you'd be able to fold it up into a pocket, but the pictures don't show that, so it would just be a nice big flappy sail.

ok, well ... US Embassy approved my visa this morning. So, I really honestly am leaving the country for good (this time).
Yet to book flights, spending this afternoon trying to find some that aren't insanely priced
Either delete your cookies or use incognito/private browsing. If you are going back and checking similar flights again and again, the prices will creep up.

Agreed (with NH), but it all becomes much more complicated when you introduce deaf children into the mix. By the time a person can actively choose to have a cochlear implant, the brain is less capable of adapting to it. Some people who have them later in life choose to have them removed due to over-stimulation. By choosing not to have an implant for your child at an age when they can more easily adapt to it, you could be removing their chance of having any viable hearing.

^ deaf versus Deaf thing? I am interested (long story), could you provide a link to background?

The facebook link is so much worse than the Youtube, even though it's shorter.
His commentary with Nick Love for Outlaw is amazing. Such delusion:

commentary highlights - YouTube[/ame]Favourite quote: "1976, Taxi Driver come out, got cunted." That's exactly the term I'd used for winning the Palme d'Or at Cannes and getting Oscar nominations for best film, best music and best actor and supporting actress.

My main problem with GiffGaff is forgetting to renew my goodybag. Now I've set it to auto-renew, my credit no longer gets eaten by online services when I'm between goodybags. The wife is on GG and as most of my calls are to her, my minutes and credit last for ever.
The 3G/H service is a bit patchy, but no worse than the competitors.

Very unlikely. They have a limited amount of stock that they release in one theme week. If it's not sold within a couple of weeks, they reduce it until it goes. They aren't interested in keeping things in stock, just shifting as many of an item as quickly as they can.
There's a chance thee will be more in around April/May, but I wouldn't rely on it, as they can be a bit random as to what they have in each round of offers.

Very nice 49cm square 650c Dave Lloyd in classifieds: https://www.lfgss.com/thread98166.html

X-posting this to the ladies section. That Dave Lloyd is a little beauty.

Been necking this as of late, reduced at J Sainsburys as well...
I bought that cheap as well. It's a decent enough whisky, but I'm not sure I'd buy it again and certainly not at full price.
Can't quite put my finger on what I don't like, but there's something missing in the palate.

Two questions: hotels in Paris. Why are they so fucking expensive?
Those plugs that turn your mains circuits into lans. Any good?
10% off Expedia hotel prices by going here: http://www.travelnow.com/templates/393284 and using this code: EANFF10DEC
LAN plugs are great. Dead easy plug and play, but only work on the same circuit in the house. If you're trying to get a signal from upstairs to downstairs, they won't work.

Penderyn Madeira: What a difference a bit of water makes!
Neat it's got a rather thin, overly chemical harsh taste, but when watered by about 2:1 it comes alive. Much richer, and full of subtle flavours. Given that they bottle at 46%, there's definitely some leeway to add more water at their end, as the neat stuff from the bottle isn't anything to be treasured.
Worth a half bottle at least.
Penderyn needs water. It's bloody horrible without and substantially improved with a few drops.Turns out it was the Madeira cask I had

It was in the running, but the Estonian public chose this instead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02uHFbCN2JI&feature=youtu.be
Idiots.
