You created our favourite moment of the race, you pulled over knackered for a drink looking like you were on the brink of withdrawing when John (the commissaire) ordered you back out for more pain. You seemed fine after that. Well done.
Fine is a massive overestimate of how I was. I almost wthdrew every time I came past the pits I was so thirsty. Next week I'll have a bottle cage so I shouldn't have the same problem. No doubt I'll find others though.

With a great big bushy beard? Hiya!
I was on the stock Boardman with a plain black and white short sleeved jersey. You probably lapped me, everyone seemed to. The small kids especially. You can tell they don't have to pay for their own replacement components.
I'm only a couple of miles away, so it seems churlish not to give it a go.

This is new to me. Planet X are selling a Battaglin Junior with Campagnolo bits for £500. 26", 24" and 22" options. 26" is out of stock at the moment, but one to keep an eye on. http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/FBBATJUNIOR/battaglin_junior_alloy_road_bike

Anyone got the nuts and bolts for Sheldon's BB fixed cup removal? The more SE the better, Beckenham/Crystal Palace ideal.
It's a Shimano splined cup and cone and the drive side cup is being a fucker. It's English threaded and yes, I'm turning the right way.
EDIT: No need now. Overnight WD40 and leverage did the trick along with a QR skewer and some sockets to hold the tool in place.

If you're at all competent as a mechanic, just buy a new 2 speed rear wheel and store the hub gear in the garage until you have to return the bike. Take off the 3 speed shifter and the rack and you've got an S2L that you can change back easily.
In terms of the rack issue, I prefer to carry everything in the S bag on the front block, as you can fold the bike completely with it still attached, as opposed to taking everything off the rack to have to fold it.

Aaaaaaand it's back: http://aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/offers_week18Thursday13.htm?WT.z_src=main
Softshell/gilet could be a decent buy if last years ia anything to go by. The "premium" jersey is a new one, but no info on material.

I bought 10 coins back in October for around $150. After some purchases I had 0.64 left which I sold this morning for $104 ($154/BTC). I'll leave that in my trading account until the price stabilises and look to buy back in after things have died down. I'm also kicking myself for spending them, but can't be too annoyed considering how little real money I spent overall.

Lidl have boneless pork shoulders for half price this weekend. A massive (>2kg) piece perfect for pulled pork was around £7. They are doing an own brand BBQ sauce for 99p and a kilo of french fry style oven chips for 69p which would make a very cheap way of feeding a bunch of people. I'd be on it if I didn't already have some pork in the freezer from the last time it was this cheap.
This may be the most unhealthy suggestion on this thread but at least my name is apt.

Lidl are knocking out ladies SPDs for £9.99 from tomorrow. I've had a pair for 3 years now and they haven't fallen apart yet despite getting soaked through a couple of times.
Good as spares or if you fancy trying out this clipless lark.

Lidl stuff again on Thursday: http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/SID-1E1804EA-CE1FAFC9/www_lidl_uk/hs.xsl/our-offers-2491.htm?id=16
It looks like the usual low quality clothing with cheap and nasty accessories. The bike hoist for a fiver and acetone based spray cleaner for £4 are vaguely tempting, and the track pump for a fiver would do to keep in the work bike shed.
I'd hold on for the similar Aldi selection if you need cheap shorts or jerseys for the commute.

Car + driver weights are all the same though. It does mean that Vettel get a bit more ballast to play with.
It's the ballast placement that's the advantage they claim in that article. If they set a minimum weight for driver/helmet plus the seat, this could even it out. If it gets Webber looking a bit healthier, that would be nice.
Sorry I missed it and let you take last.
I'll be along for the training next week at HH next week, although it's fitness not technique which is most lacking I think.
