Anyone had good experiences with custom jersey manufacturers? Ideally with a lead time of 6 weeks or less?

At the moment I'm looking at champion systems.

champ-sys are really good quality, I've used them for 3 different clubs now

santini, impsprt and carvhalo have been inconsistent to deal with and in my opinion the jersey quality and colour densities are poor [had to send back 3 grands worth of kit to santini as they'd printed completely the wrong colour]

what quantities are you making up?

Not many, about 15. My company is doing a charity cycle ride in a few months, and I'm trying to convince the CEO he wants to pay for jerseys for everyone, with the company colours and logo.

Well, that worked out really well. Only took them 4 weeks, rather than the advertised 6-8, and the jerseys look really good, almost professional, and all paid for by the company (to be fair they get good advertising for very little money)

I can certainly recommend champ-sys if anyone is looking to get jerseys made.

John - sorry for the late reply, thanks for the offer but without sounding like a pretentious dick I'm going to say no for the moment. This season I really want to learn more about positioning and team play and I don't think I'd get that from playing with newer players.

No, that's absolutely fine, we are aware what sort of standard we will be playing at, and it's probably best we find someone at our level for this season.
