My 2.35 mezcal on i25 comes at 59mm. 2.35 Nobby Nic on I30 is a bit wider at 61 for casing , but thread is just 58mm.

30mm internal rim and clearance for at least 2.5 tyres. Anything less than that is for gravel riding.

It'll be fine. Had a set like that on my old bikepacking bike and didn't die. Just get the correct barbs for the hose. These come in two sizes too.
