Even with index shifting I can't see any problem tbh. Shimano shifters are able to push past the last indexed position so with the sprocket only 0.5mm further outwards than where a 6 speed would be I can't see that as an issue.
Regarding fitting the last sprocket on, given the very minute variance there will still be enough threading on the freehub to be able to tighten it down okay/safely.
If you pose the Q on RB you'd get a definitive answer.
Worse case scenario you get a 6 speed top sprocket or dremell 0.5mm off the spacer -

So you want a uniglide cassette then as that is the only slide on 6 speed option? Pretty hard to come by these days in good nick, here's a NOS below but have a try on retrobike if you haven't already

I've got an excellent Rigida (older red label) wheelset built onto High flange Maillard hubs. Comes with very nice 6 speed touring Maillard freewheel which I don't have the tool to remove.
Braking surfaces hardly touched and run true, hubs roll smooth and have been cleaned out & re-lubed. Stainless steel spokes (36) 3 cross pattern, they've been fully polished/cleaned so ready to roll.

Not sure if it something you'd consider but I have a mint condition Fuji S602Pro (metal body variant with shutter release connection)
Have all the manuals etc. only x6 zoom but I have a x2 screw on lens & the adapter, think I still have a polarising filter somewhere. Can also include Sandisk Extreme III 2Gb CF.
Takes a mahoosive 13Mb RAW (okay it is a TIFF file ) shot which are pretty impressive, super macro is fuggin' fantastic down to 1cm.
Just not using it anymore and is ultimately better than my newer Fuji though is obviously a fair few years old I've never had any issues with it.
Downsides, not sure if it will recognise greater than 2Gb CF,(haven't tried), and it can be a bit power hungry so decent AA's a neccessity (I use 2850 Ansmann's myself), the screen is only 1.8" but I always used the viewer.
Anyway here's the specs.

Here's one of my shots at full range with the x2 adapter from the other side of Wembley stadium

One of my Sunday best bikes, I'm thinking of letting go my 1996/97 62cm Raleigh Special Products Titanium racing frame. I've had many happy years with her but not getting enough use of late :o(
Tubes from IMI in Birmingham rather than the later re-branded Timet and NOT the later shit looking oval tubed variant(IMO of course) Frame is 1600g approx, with the forks & headset 2100g
Immaculate throughout, comes with lovely needle bearing FRM headset & super tough Mizuno full carbon forks (the thickest steerer you'll find) and the Certificate from the frame builder.
Originally had straight legged steel forks in black but I moved them on for a tenner waaay back (Stupid me..grrrr)
looking for £1250 as this is about as rare a beast as you'll find in this condition/size -
44g jesus how heavy is that..lol
10 tool Zanzi-tool 18g, includes 14 & 15 gauge spoke tightener, 5 allen keys, 10 & 8mm hex spanner, phillips screwdriver and the all important bottle opener :o)Personally I carry that and my cooltool chainsplitter/adjusable wrench that has an 8/10mm hex drive +14/15mm crank bolt attachment. The adjustable is thin enough to remove pedals.
Beats an Alien any time you like, shame you can't buy them anymore -
You mean you want an inline post?
That length under 250g is a tall order as they aren't as light as std ally/cf posts
Here's a bonty tho they don't go cheap
