I've got this Sirrus pro frameset (+stem and seatpost) in mint condition, there's a couple of minor cosmetic paint chips on the down tube otherwise superb.
Classified as a 51cm effective ST, but has an actual 44.5cm c-t, so you've got the height at the front but lower down top tube for the shorter person/shorter inside leg. Top tube is an effective 53cm.
Carbon forks and seat stays so she's pretty light but very sturdy - my partner, son and myself have all had these versions of the Sirrus/Globe with the part alu/carbon frames.
Takes about a 38mm tyre at the rear, significantly wider at the front, 3 sets of cage mounts std threaded BB shell, rack/guard mounts.
Obviously V/Canti pegs but I run Mini Vs with Ultegra drops on my Globe pro and love them and if running flats then there's more braking than you'll need with a decent v brake set up (my commuter Globe I used in the Alps with Avid 3s)
If needed I have a set of new mini Vs and a lightly used 5800 STI group I can offer up in addition (minus dual pivots). If of interest I'd like £185 collected from N.Herts or £200 posted via Parcelforce.
below is how she was built up before we were going to convert it as a touring rig. -
To compare.
Governments figures show 37 acute cases (including 27 within care homes) and 9 in every 100k of population in England - so around 5000, have been reported as having influenza (obviously many that don't get reported), that's the 4 weeks of January, down from 10.3 cases/100k for December.Storm in a D cup massively over-egged.

Not quite what you're after but the 105 is a fine hub, I've been using mine on my commuter for almost 10 years (mated to an Open 4ceramic) with a 10 speed cassette. NOS front and rear set for £54 posted seems a bargain.

older rims with 14mm internal bead work just fine with 32mm tyres, I've been using an Open 4 Ceramic for 10 years on the back of my commuter with zero issues and I'm no lightweight, in excess of 120kg at times (sans bike weight) and no problem turning corners at speed.
Just so it might widen your options that you might not have thought suitable.

In case you don't get any offers of your first options, other alternates are the Ridgeback Dimension, Carrera Abyss/Saruna, the 26" Saruna weighs about 10.5kg according to my scales.
The Trek FX series comes in a 15" frame and 26" wheels, Specialized Vita come in small frames also, though strictly a ladies the red or white ones that I've seen look really nice and are really just a std lightweight hybrid - I bought a white one for my friend in a 17" a few years ago that she used for work and it was a great bike.
Luck hunting.

Ribble have the R872 at £899 for the Tiagra rim brake model currently so with your budget why not buy new? The Tiagra shifters are basically the same internals as the 11 speed 105s - I have both and the difference between the 105s and Tiagra 4700s is barely noticeable if at all (and the 4700s work with 11 speed rear derailleurs too)
To make offers closer to what you're after what are you wanting to use the bike for, do you want an out and out race frame or something of an all rounder that does have guard mounts like the Ribble?
What's the max tyre size you require to be fitted, is that with/without guards? -

I've got 105 STIs/Chainset/FD - braze on but I've a new 28.6 band adapter somewhere, also have the matching 105 GS (which will do a 32T easily).
All great working order and not too shabby condition wise either, c/set needs a BB as I'll be keeping the Hope stainless
£145 including full tracked/insurance post, £18 extra for the RD if of any interest. -

there's been a few ti MTB frames come up on ebay recently for not a lot of dough, would make great commuter bikes, there was even a Raleigh SPD Ti a few months back with XT/XTR build that went for £450, I was so tempted but couldn't justify n-12 when I've already got two MTBs anyway!
There's this in your neck of the woods https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Van-Nicholas-Titanium-Yukon-Flat-Bar-Road-Touring-Audax-Bike-Bicycle-54cm/193007901721?hash=item2cf02adc19:g:hWcAAOSwmgVdB5rl
or an Omega (Omega being Mark Reilly's first business which turned into Enigma) just up the road from me in Royston North Herts https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Omega-titanium-training-road-race-bike-full-dura-ace/143402486853?hash=item2163744c45:g:HFkAAOSwnRpcbpVqslightly smaller frame than you're after but might aid getting on/off with the lower down top tube if you're planning on fitting a child seat/trailer and has guard/rack mounts. -

Got a pair of lightly used EC90s with new pair of 22mm Continental Competition tubs, the rear is the 'Pro Ltd' variant (latex tube/slick centre section).
Rear is SL 38mm mid, front is SLX 24.9mm shallow so perfect for those days in the mountains or if you're a lighter rider and deeper rims are a bit tricky when it's windy.Total weight INCL the tyres/valve extender is a measly 1746g, giving a circa 1210g-1220g wheel weight but there's no rider weight limit according to my man at Easton. Also included is a pair of new in packet Token 'shark tail' titanium QR skewers worth £35.
There's a few small bites on the freehub body.£520 incl fully insured postage or collection from Letchworth Garden City minus £20.

I've a 105/5700 series GS rear and a triple front mech - braze on mounted to a 34.9 band adaptor but it's a Tiagra, if you're using friction shift for the front it shouldn't matter if it's not a perfect match pull ratio wise, it was used in conjunction with the 5700 triple shifters on the bike it came from.
£18 posted for the rear, £26 posted the pair
If the Tiagra band doesn't work for you and you are using the DA friction shift for the front then I've some other triple front mechs with varying band sizes such as FD-443/553, meant to be for flat bar road triple shifter but would deffo work with a friction shifter. -

I have a 105 5800 50/34 in 175mm, has circa 400 miles on them, rings show hardly any wear, most of what there is, is on the outer, bit of scuffing to the teeth of the black lacquer on the inside which is normal, the outer is barely touched, couple of minor scratches on the inside of the crank arms and small amount of shoe rub.
Includes a great condition Hope Stainless instead of the bog standard Shimano job
£72 recorded, or £45 posted if you don't want the Hope BB.
