I've got an older set of bolt on Alesa rims with a slightly rusty but otherwise unworn 6 speed 13-30 Uniglide cassette. 122mm OLN. Normandy hubs run very smoothly but the rear needs some spokes tightening up. Do them for £22 including insured postage.

Sorry but that's gash, I've had a shim fitted to a 1" fork for ages and never had it slip. I'm a 100kg and pull pretty hard on the bars.

I've got a set of near new Shimano flat bar 8x3 indexed gear shifter pods I'd be happy to loan or a set of slightly older but mint working order 8x3 speed shifters with integrated v brake levers likewise on a loan basis. Postage would be about £3 each way on the integrated levers maybe a tad less dependant on package weight, the pods would be £1.72 each way..

There were never any left side only cable guides made due to older bikes originally running a single ring. So when double chainsets became popular they produced the double variant. Thus you'll get right side only (for rear derailleur) or doubles. There's plenty of cable guides on ebay atm
