does anyone have a decent way of aligning their cleats correctly on their shoes? i always seem to get my right foot wrong and after my 8 miles commute, i will get knee pain.
i can put the bolts in loose and get the right position once clipped into the pedal, but they move when i have to remove the shoe from the pedal to tighten the bolts. i cant tighten the bolts whilst they are still attached to the pedal.im using shimano spd-sl's. any ideas anyone?

Put a mackeral in their office phone handset, or better still, near the power source in computer.
Constantly add pens to their collection.
Move their drawers around every time they are away from desk.
Fill keyboard with biscuit crumbs.
Change chair position constantly.
A thennd add another mackeral :p
most of those dont seem like pranks. closer to bullying. then again, my ideas weren't much better

The lee valley whitewater centre should be open in a week or so, any kayakers or ex kayakers fancy heading over, I can drive and am a fairly confident kayaker although I havent been for quite a while. I will probably mess around on the intermediate course for a few hours to get some confidense back then hit the advanced section which is meant to be fairly pushy.
i didnt think it was properly open until after the lolympics.
i know a few people on here who would want to get in that. if you fancy kayaking, the club we work at (laburnum boat club) is just off kingsland road. should be a few trips being booked for summer. plus paddling every weds night if you fancy it (just on the canal to keep things ticking over) -

cummins is daventry. two uni mates got placements and jobs after uni there. dont think they got to work on turbos though. think they supply engines up to 80+litres in size. pretty cool
