So I managed to miss the CSG set off due to an innate inability to navigate through South London
Ahh no! What time did you roll by? We waited quite a while before we headed off, the same at West Wickham. A shame.
I saw the discarded bib shorts up Chalk Pit too, I guess when you've jettisoned everything else already and are finding it really hard going, there's only one piece of ballast left to lose... -

Haha the Titsey speed spike says 55. Worrying, all things considered. Good fun though.
(In Garmin Training Centre, with smoothing turned off, the spike is 139mph)
(I think the erroneous figure comes from the signal lost with dense tree cover at the top of the hill, though I don't understand why the cadence/speed sensor doesn't override the unit when that occurs) -

For someone being put through so much suffering, damo was impressively cheery. Well done for getting through it all fixed.
Minimal miles, maximum metres, a ludicrous amount of up for such a short ride (but I loved every minute of it), excellent work Scarlett. For tika, here's the route/record from today.

In no state to flick back and read everything; I hvae set my alarm for seven on the promise of a northern ride from you lot. I don't know where it starts or when, but I'll head to the flask, check the thread and see what happens. If someone could post the details sometime between now and then I'd really appreciate it, otherwise I'll do a morning session round hte park and head home (lame).
