We are moving out this weekend. We have hired a carpet cleaner from HHS Hire for the weekend (Only slightly more £ than a 24hr hire) so we can do it ourselves (Quotes from professionals started at a couple of hundred pounds [4 Bed house, over 3 floors])

It took us a year to get our last deposit back, but the court awarded us costs & interest which actually put us in profit, and the landlord in the red.

I know my current landlord by chance, as i used to work with her 15 years ago. On her last visit she asked us to tidy the garden, but I pointed her to the professional check in report that states that it was full of weeds, long grass & generally un-kept (So we will return it in a similar condition).

I begrudge having to Pay a £150 check-out fee for the pleasure of leaving the house though (And the fact they will prob highlight lots of minor things that the landlord will try to screw us over on)

Trott can still win - if she wins the last event and Hammer comes 3rd, it will be decided by adding up the times for the 250, 500 and 3000 - if Hammer comes 4th then Trott wins. If T-V is to be believed though, this is unlikely...

Last time out, Trott beat Hammer by 1sec in the Sprint, Just need a repeat of that form (and someone else to finish between them)

Its had a minor crash at some point (in a previous life), the right rear stay has a minor kink thats been reset (Prior to my ownership)

I've added a photo to try to show it but its not that bad and I've had no problems with it.

Also, when I got it the seat post was seized - I went the caustic soda route which worked but some of the paint [Armortex - Black] to get it on the road I used car touch up primer & paint as a temp fix, I never got round to having it repainted, but from a distance it looks OK, I’ve added a closeup to show it in detail.

You could always do a photo mosaic using all the photos - That way they wouldnt need to be Hi Res? We would only end up with one photo though.

I didn't memorise your number plate this morning and i couldn't be bothered to get my phone out my bag. But please stop using your phone while driving, if you could look out for cyclists and give them more room that would be a real bonus (I'd like to get old like you one day).

If you did manage to get a nice photo of me (Whilst still driving), please send it to me, if you would be so kind to leave the exif info on it (so I can get the date/time stamp to ask the police to check your mobile records for the same time period), that would be great.

I'll repeat my earlier rant for you just in case you don't get chance to send me the photo of me and my bike "GET OFF YOUR F**CKING PHONE"
