quick update, looks like all the levers are gone or a least firmly dibsed, mini D and 3ttt have both been collected, thanks butts and zender, nice to meet you both! And the ultegra shifters, dura ace cog are just waiting for payment.

replied to your PM zender, the info i gave you will be useful to others if you dont take them, the 3ttt bars are 42cm centre to centre and 26.0 clamp size.

Was NOS when bought, done max 50 miles, still in great nick.

Crosstop levers. £3 each. The all black ones on the left are oversized, the others are 23.8. Have left and right of the single coloured ones, but they can be flipped easily to work on either side.

Unbranded unused 16t 1/8 sprocket and lockring £4

47T 1/8 135 bcd new miche chainring. £18

NOS ultegra downtube shifters £10
indexed for 6 or 7 speeds, or can be used as friction shifters obviously for any speed. Really nicely made, solid feel, and can be changed betweed SIS and friction mode on the fly.

Rauler frame £175
55.5cm centre to centre for both the top tube and down tube. Columbus SL tubing.
Picture is not great im afraid, but feel free to come and see it, its a beautiful frame in the flesh. The paintwork and chrome is in great condition, it has some really nice pantographing and a cutout in the BB shell. Comes with a newish

we used to get last years orange and black model in and it looked fff'in horrible, that black one ain't too bad in comparison, without the blue bits it would actually be pretty nice. For the money i do think its a good deal, you get a bike similarly specced component and weight wise to many other otp singlespeeds for a decent amount less, have they put the price up by much for the 2011?

the fork is drilled and covered with putty. It will not take a rear brake, and we had one in the shop recently, reckon it would be golden for 28mm tires but maybe not 32s.

Very tasty wheel. Unfortunately too rich for me at the mo. That hub/spoke interface looks crazy with that few spokes.

Have you clamped the cable for the derailer on the wrong side of the clamp bolt (hope this makes sense, kinda hard to think how to describe this)?

If so it will change the amount that the derailer moves for each detent on your shifters, making it work fine in some positions but not others because each movement is longer or shorter than the distance between sprockets.

Alternatively is there something causing increased friction in your cabling?

This sounds like a pretty mystifying problem, if you want to test out a few other one inch stems I have a few knocking about in camberwell you can try. Do the stems fit in other bikes/have you tried fitting them in a different frame?

What clamp size are the silver risers?

I have some looks keo classics you can have for £20ish, can throw in some used but still functional cleats too

Try a LBS, they often have stuff like that.
