I like to mix blueberries/strawberries/pomegranate and green tea with my cycling and cocaine abuse I find all three balance each other out nicely
not even a superfood. some strawberrymonger has been mugging you off son.
Other risk factors included negative emotions (3.9 per cent), anger (3.1 per cent), eating a heavy meal (2.7 per cent), positive emotions (2.4 per cent) and*** sexual activity (2.2 per cent). ***
Wow.
so avoid cycling, sex and positive emotions. #raiseseyebrowancellottistyle#

Enthralling game yesterday - England need to look at the bowling, small ground but Anderson needs to get better. Powerplay decision really hurt. India also look vulnerable in the bowling dept.
yep, they have some weaker filler bowlers. but what team has 50 overs of quality bowling? eng have to use colly or KP.
but true india (and SL) suffer from having only 1 world class seamer

disappointing result saturday but not too discouraging as regards tournament progress. team batting 2nd in day nighters at the Premadasa always have their work cut out.
and we were missing our #1 bowler so Pak's total to chase was bigger than it would've been with malinga. still only fell 11 runs short so can take some satisfaction in that defeat.
the remaining concern is that kapu and silva have both had one chance so far and both fucked it (in different ways). there's no chandimal in the squad or kandamby/another batsman, so we could really do with one of these two finding form.

yep i was on TMS all morning missed some of the England Innings but caught up just as it got interesting. what odds on a tie game, would have been epic had Swan nicked the 2 runs at the last
i prefer it as it was. would have been harsh on Tendlya and Zak if England had won. conversely harsh on Strauss, Bresnan if India had won. this was a fair and exciting result.
*i don't support Eng so it's easy for me to say!

My positioning is very comfortable thank you.
then i guess for some reason, you were riding in not quite the same position, because of the unfamiliar feeling fixed wheel. you'll prob find in a week's time, you've relaxed into your normal position and will be fine.
i don't think the continuous pedalling ought to be a problem comfortwise
