I'm after a new PC. I only use it for browsing the net and for pics really so have budgeted upto £500 for a desktop package (base and monitor).
Main requirements is value for money and reliability. Absolute computer noob so really could do with some advice as to which make is good and which to avoid i.e Mesh, Dell, HP, Acer, Compaq, etc...
Would rather go for new than used.

I built this for someone on the forum but he can't afford it now so I'll offer it up as it is before I take it all apart again.
It is a Concorde Astore frame 58cm cc (59cm'ish ct) with a 57cm top tube. My friend reprayed the top tube as it was a bit of a mess, he done good job but the colour match and masking is not perfect. He also touched in the few minor scratches the frame had. It has Columbus cromor tubing with lovely chrome forks and chrome rear triangle. The frame really is top notch quality.
It is currently built as a single speed using 8 speed wheels with ss kit.
I'd like £270 for it.
Components are
Headset: Campagnolo Chorus
Stem: SR
Handlebar: Polished silver Risers
Grips: White with black RitcheyBrake Levers: Fusion
Brake Calipers: Campagnolo Chorus Monoplanar (rear has rusty bolts) alternatively I can offer some early Shimano Sora DP's or black Fusion DP's (to match levers)Sprocket: 15t with ss kit
Cranks: Campagnolo Chorus
Chainrings: Campagnolo 42t with single chainring bolts
Bottom Bracket: Campagnolo
Pedals: Gipiemme quill, clips but no strapsRims: Rigida
Hubs: No name Campag style
Tyres: Hutchinson
Saddle: New'ish Carrera black and white
Seatpost: Kalloy

Obviously it will have white or black cables when I send it.
