Oddity, an Irish indi horror, has been getting great reviews. If it’s half as good as Calm With Horses it will be worth seeing.

The Bear S3 was disappointingly underwhelming.
I’ve watched the first two episodes of Those About To Die, it hasn’t got great reviews but I’m enjoying it so far.

Trip to the dentist for a check up yesterday so was in Walthamstow and tried Farm Foods again inspired by @dubtap recommendation a few months ago. Home alone for the weekend so had an afternoon in the garden with some beers and the bbq on. Nice way to spend the day.

This is absolutely a staple in New Orleans, potatoes and corn thrown into the mix, it can also be cooked ‘boil in a bag’ and crab or lobster are great done this way too.

Saw Furiosa yesterday, a bit more philosophy and a bit less adrenaline than Fury Road to go with the popcorn, looks and sounds just as good though and Anya Taylor Joy never seems to put a foot wrong.
It’s a shame that Furiosa wasn't released first, and the end credits seem to agree.

I read that the bullet hit his teleprompter and a glass splinter or splinters caused his injury.
Whatever the truth, his reaction when he realised he was injured and then took evasive action, and the shock on his face when being let away, looked very genuine.
