Hmm — the levers on the "Thunderfist Cykler" would give a totally different hand position to a moustache bar, that would require rotating wrists / hands outwards. From these angles it looks like the levers are rotated almost 45º compared to how you'd have them set up on a moustache bar.

Top style points but looks uncomfortable.
