There are cycle racks outside the Peckham Road building but there's bound to be lots of people milling around outside...I'd ring first and ask if you could bring your bike inside. If you don't know anyone there, ask for Derek Yates-(fda design practice) as I know he cycles to college or maybe Peter Nencini or Darryl Clifton (and ask if they'll let you bring it in). There is an internal courtyard where you could put it but the security guards are less likely to let you bring it in without prior notice.
If you go to the Wilson Road site, (about five minute from Peckham Road site), there is an internal courtyard which is next to the security guarded reception area, which is usually available, with rails to lock your bike. -
.....Or at least, you're not going to from anyone who places ANY value on their reputation.
I understand what you are saying but I would guess that you value your reputation on this forum alot more than some of the people who have recently joined to sing foffa bikes' praises. It sounded a bit like a few people were being 'nice' about the bikes.
Basically, my concern is for this forum increasingly becomes a big advertising space....
Anyway, back to lurking... -
does anyone remember the vintage shop in seven dials , covent garden that had 1000s of original italian jerseys (mainly wool /acrylic). really amazing place sadly gone long ago ......wonder where all the jerseys went ?

Pre War Bates Vergrandis:

I was interested, a little, to know how the cluster bomb sticker idea came about and interested to know the general mood/feeling about it. I wasn't really interested in discussing personal banking choices/'environmental degradation' etc - it's an obvious thing that we all rely, to a degree, on processes that are often connected to exploitation, as you put it. I was wondering more about how people think about the connection between personal ethics and idea of corporate responibility. I am excited by your advice to 'get over it', though(t).
