Roydon was my first TNRC.... said to be a good one for beginners..."flat" = no BIG hills.
But the pace was "one of the faster ones" if I recall correctly. Everyone took off since it was "flat"

Not to discourage anyone though, it is a lovely route! I would come along but am not free this Tuesday
