sorry if mentioned already, but try the Becanase hayfever nasal spray - I suffer big time in May/June/July and this is the only thing that stops all of my symptoms, been using it the last few years and it works after a couple of days. As much as I'd like the natural local honey idea to work, it never has for me.

Mac chargers have always been crap, I have recently replaced (for the third time) a charger on an old G4 PB with a £7.50 special from a uk based ebay seller, works a treat and the cable looks like it might actually last.

I ride a similar frame, they have a great feel to them. I stripped the Ti tubes back to bare metal, a really nice matte sheen with no seam.

If tomtomtom doesn't buy this I will please, cheers.

Hi Have been on here for ages now, not in London but really like this forum. Mainly spend my time between a Raleigh Titanium racer (not fixed or ss) and an Explosif, quite fancy a ss racer for the winter.
