So the other day whilst working in Aldgate, my friend Elisabeth got back to her bike (which I convinced her to buy) to find that some cock end had put padlocks on the spokes, as well as breaking off the mudguards (they were SKS's, looked like they were fitted in the 80's).

They also had a go at my Edwardes, it has several dents, and accompanying chips down to the aluminium. Looks like they kicked it against the railings it was locked rto, quite hard.

Anyway, if any of you could spare some fat mudguards, maybe you've pulled them off a conversion project, or upgraded and kept the old bits?

It's a longshot I know, but I'd like to get as many people at work riding as possible, she has the biggest mouth, so let's make winter riding comfortable for her. She's already been clocking 12-18 miles a day so I'd hate for her to stop because of the rain!

The hub of the front wheel is nowhere NEAR centre. I'd like to see what that looks like rocking it down Shoredick High St.

i DASd a guy outside Chamberlains today, he had grey spok on a green bike. I had a 4 wheeled monster of pedalpower (which later broke).
