blue willier, yellow tyres, stormed past me on lordship lane (se22).
I'd have caught up and said hello but having cycled form Leytonstone via rotherhithe tunnel my throat was still full of carbon.
also forgot to mention yesterday I spotted three forumengers (2 girls 1 boy) and sort of rode with them between waterloo and camberwell. Props to the boy for doing a skid on command.

someone on a yellow bike at HH today, when it was closed. I was passing by on my tarck bike and stopped to check the board with my friend.
also someone on a red condor? in dulwich park today.
yo
old red condor with yellow decals?
I was hugely shocked to find a fixed, red condor, locked up outside The Castle the other night. Most of The Castle's punters use Halfrauds crap as pub bikes.

This is why we need LFGSS Jerseys.
There will be so many hipsters there I won't be able to actually meet any of you. I was at London Fields all day today and it was actually quite difficult spotting genuine riders from fashionistas.
(Or maybe they were all forumengers and I give you guys no credit for style based on what I've seen at SE drinks)

Hi there LFGSS Bike Bits Archive.
So the other day whilst working in Aldgate, my friend Elisabeth got back to her bike (which I convinced her to buy) to find that some cock end had put padlocks on the spokes, as well as breaking off the mudguards (they were SKS's, looked like they were fitted in the 80's).
They also had a go at my Edwardes, it has several dents, and accompanying chips down to the aluminium. Looks like they kicked it against the railings it was locked rto, quite hard.
Anyway, if any of you could spare some fat mudguards, maybe you've pulled them off a conversion project, or upgraded and kept the old bits?
It's a longshot I know, but I'd like to get as many people at work riding as possible, she has the biggest mouth, so let's make winter riding comfortable for her. She's already been clocking 12-18 miles a day so I'd hate for her to stop because of the rain!
