As above, I am after a cheap as chips beater frame, to be fair, don't want to spend anymore than 35 quid, not much I know but I'm in no rush and I can't justify spending too much seeing as I sold my Guerciotti a few months a go with Cinelli bars and stem and Campag post and BB for £75. (YES- I may be regretting that now...)

I had my the wheels stolen off my Mercian a couple of weeks ago on Columbia Road, I didn't go to the cops purely for the reason that they don't give a shit, especially as it's not a whole bike.

Oh yeah, seen them, don't like the forks... there was an amazing one on here about a year a go for £200, needed a refurb but it was exactly what I am after, coming from small bikes (BMX) a 55cm frame seemed gigantic... Have since learnt that it's actually the size I need. Balls.

Fucksake guys, someone can sell something wherever they wan't and for how much they wan't, they don't owe anyone anything so quit moaning.

I was at the receiving end of this sort of faffing and I really didn't care as much as some of you lot who are not directly involved...
A frame was on sale here (a nice 55cm Holdsworth if that rings any bells) and I offered less than the asking price but more than the other offers, the seller ummed and arrred and eventually said- "sorry, i'm going to try and get what I think it's worth on ebay" so popped it on there. It then sold for less than I offered and a month or so after that ebay sale it reappeared on here for a new lower price (less than I offered) from the same seller and promptly sold (not to me as I had since found an alternative).
I was disappointed to miss out on it but I didn't have a big whinge, it was the selllers frame to do what he pleased with, he didn't owe me a damn thing.

It's a bike frame, for sale, on the internet, if it bother's you that much you should probably get outside more...

With a new set of forks and paint job that frame would be SHIT HOT. If I had the money/space/girl friends understanding I'd buy it with the wheels and would have a great start to a new build, no use to you I know... but someone else ought to.

I bought a couple of things of organicorigin, most were fine, last wasn't. It was a frame and a few parts to replace my girlfriends stolen bike, met him at a pub in Camden and he seemed sound, as did the frame, until I got it home and tried to strip it, bb seatpost and stem all stuck in! Had to cut most parts off and caustic soda the remains out. Pm'd him about it and he would give me a replacement stem but never did, bit of a stitch up.
