I develop all my B&W at home and scan it on an Epson V500, I think the results are good enough for the web, and even printing up to say 10x8 from 35mm is really quite good.
I used to spend hours tweaking each scan, but now I just accept that the auto setting is better at it than me for most photos. If they are really dark or really light, then I have to get involved with the histogram.

Tis indeed a bit like mine (except I dont have the orginal Coppi fork, boo. But I do have chrome stays, yay).
Mine has been my proper road bike for about 2 years, Ive done thousands of miles on it and it goes really well. I built mine up from an NOS frame and it cost me loads more than £425, so it looks like a reasonable deal.
Here is my one:

Classic! - takes 'Death Bike' to a new dimension.
Simon and I had a v quiet post Arvy/ Ilyes Norths experience - a pint followed by a pizza served in a quiet and efficient fashion - free cheese & oils - car free ride home!
Happy birthday Owen.
Freezing journey on the way home though.
I had a merino long sleeve base layer, merino long sleeve jersey and Rapharah soft shell. Still shivered all the way home!

Tom, Sorry to hear about the off. Glad to hear you are still alive.
It was fun to take the new bike for a spin. I did a couple of laps, then stopped to tweak the saddle height, then jumped on the back again for another lap before deciding to stick at Bmmfrompton pace for a couple laps. Scarlett makes that thing go unaturally fast.
The new bike needs a few more tweaks but so far I am happy with the new toy.

is that the nanolight or the team pro carbon whatever? if the latter, I'm curious to see how it compares to my giant because the frames look super similar.
it is a "Nanolight High Modulus". That is a silly name.
I bought it for the little flowers on the frame, but apperntly it is quite light as well.

It will just be too late a night for me with work/wife/small child commitments. I know I will be gutted I didn't go.

This is an awesome ride.
Someone buy this and ride it. This is the best organised and friendliest mass bike ride you will do.
