Hi I was drivin over on the 24th September near canary wharf as was cycling home and was Ok thank god. But my £1k bike was totalled...

Just wanted to say big thanks to Sean a cycle courier whow as behind me (dont know if your on here) for all your help in stopping and providing a statement... just got a payout from drivers insurance company for a new bike, only 4 months late...!

maybe part of the price is the rescue from the riverbed...

Hey guys got a quick question...

I was run over, yes actually ended up underneath a car 2 weeks ago as a driver didnt see me on a roundabout, we entered from the same entrance but me first then he just drove into the back of me, me and bike ended up under car up to chest, luckily i am mostly alright, ambulance, police were on scene etc... ended up in hospital for x-rays on foot but ok now.

Bike now totalled, all i want is bike back, rang him up he said he didnt believe it was entirely his fault, i have a witness who states that he drove into back of me.

what are my chances of getting bike back (its worth about £1300)? i am in touch with lawyers through the free legal advice from ctc... and any idea how long this is going to take?

Got the dreaded call from the bird last night, she'd just been hit on the way home from work, was in a right state at side of road, had to leave work to go and get her...

Car pulled accross her on mile end road westbound, hit her then sped off, she was flat outin the middle of road, buckled front wheel, cracked helmet and thank god just a few bumps and bruises...

she was too shocked to get witness details and just walked off down road, I have contacted cctv and they cant see accident, as cameras were focussed on pavement! but saw public reaction, and a green car speeding off, but no numberplate!
