I don't think there's anything wrong wt talking about your shop. If you over do it you're guaranteed to get rinced.

Parts bins are something you need to ask for...and in some cases earn the right to paw through...

Yeah... the only things worth a decent amount of £s are a sweet set of '70s tubs with campag record track hubs and a 63cm frame.

just go around bicycle shop (one that sell 2nd hand part) and have a look for one, I found mine at one hidden amongst several other cheap stem.

I'm sure I've read here that they're not as secure as other clipless, and bc of the extra forces with fg riding so weren't as good.

But as I've never used them and use clips, I could well be wrong.
