I've been thinking about taking the ASA level 1 and then 2. Maybe I should, I could sell myself on here to anyone who needs lessons !!!

I'm scared of lessons! I'll check out what Birmingham has to offer but it's not that great tbh plus I'm a 22yo girl with a 10yo boys body...I really would prefer solo lessons initially so I'm a bit less awkward?

Last saturday was the 2swim4life event at guildford Lido..... for charity, it started in 2008, the challenge to swim 1 mile on the hour every hour for 24 hours ! or a 12 miler over night.
I didnt go, but one year I hope to be able to complete a 12 miler.....

Sunday forced a 4k of FC, Back, Drills..... felt ok after, back was killing again though.

Where does your mum live ? Counties have a massive factors on budgets. My parents are in cornwall, and my mum has waited around 6 years to be referred to a Neurosurgeon re her back..... now the op would take 8 hours, she is 70, and has parkinsons, making the op extremly dangerous.... I blame them for living in the middle of no where !

Im sorry about your mum, my mum is too not well (wont go into lengthy facts) but I dont blame the Royal Family.

wetsuit arrived too. two things:

• it's named after, and apparently contributes to, project kaisei to clean up the pacific plastic rubbish patch... and it came in a huge plastic bag.

• it's very tight and very fragile. despite the warnings and guidance and i managed to cut it with my non-existant fingernails getting it on for the first time. quite annoying.

Shit ! Mine is very tight, but ive never managed to cut it with my nails ! Is it too tight ? Did you use plastic bags to put on ? You look peeved in that photo....
