luckily the memorrial was about. I thought there would be more of an LFGSS showing for that. Dark times.

I am gutted (literally, see my previous posts) that I couldn't go on the memorial ride and to easts afterwards last night.

Mr Billy, considering some of the previous turn outs this year 6 peeps ain't that bad, and the weather turned to shit later on.

oh, the cool pub i found, the first one on my journey, was called On Top of The World. Very nice looking place. Any reviews?

No idea where that one is but on the east side of Viccy park there's an Irish pub called Top O' The Morning.
The Britannia is nice, the food is equally as gastroey and pricey as the Royal Inn though.

Are you sure you weren't drinking in all these pubs on your way over?

I am by no means a long distance expert, having only done a handful of 60odd mile rides last year, but i found that dried fruit and nuts and enough water really helped me keep going.
