Alright Mr Sumo, no unfortunately. I live in Perth Australia again. It's amazing what can happen on the road. Miss London but the weather here is sweet, i have a lady and my Dad has an amazing collection of old bike bits. He's even got a spok! I'm gonna help him go through whats good and whats not, keep some choice bits and sell the rest on fleabay. He's giving me an old kuwahara roady with some mint old parts on it, it'll be my new beater i think.

Just picked up my visa. Efficient they are. 3 days.
Hot tip..... Indian visas now need a 2x2inch photo. I was in a hurry and went to happyfarkingsnaps. £14.99 they charge for two photos! My blood is still boiling. That is taking the piss. Noticed today picking up my visa, that in the Goswell Rd office there is a photo booth set up to just do 2x2 pics - for the pricely sum of £4. Oh how I love just chucking money about.
9 work days to go..................
Where you off to in India? I'll be landing in Mumbai on the 8th/9th of Feb.

I ended up buying this:
http://www.springfield-camping.co.uk/Wild+Country/Tents/Duolite/1049/pc£145 and 2.4kg packed. Also fits perfectly in panniers.
This tent did 1 week in Scotland and 3 weeks in Europe cycle touring. The weather was shite and at times bloody soaking wet for days on end. Kept us dry and snug though, and it pitches and packs down really fast. A bit of a squeeze with 2 people but we could just fit 2 sets of panniers inside the porch bit too.

here too.
I hope he manges to make as much of this a possible. He has the knowledge of the legal system and respect to be be taken more seriously than most of us.
Even just the publicity created is good.
+1. This is exactly the kind of publicity needed. Despite the intimidation and potential danger he has obviously experienced it's almost a blessing in disguise. He has the knowledge and tenacity to actually get some results.

EASTS IS NOT DEAD
there, I said it.
(It's me that died. bleargh.)
There you have it people.
It's ALIIIIVE! Owen, I never thought I 'd hear that. What happened?
I saw a lone hipster weaving his way through Bangkok traffic jam last night, I don't know how he handles the farking choking, stinky, fluid that is Bangkok air. Makes London's air seem like that of a mountainous retreat.

Shite meme.
Ingenious Inventions include:
the Woomera - an arm extention for throwing a spear faster and further
the Gidgy - extemely effective fishing spear
the Boomerang - actually used for hunting believe it or not.
I realise all these things have a wooden component but FFS.
No-one anywhere else had anything different until around 5000 years ago.
