I have that trolley, used it for a kayak I no longer have. At the time I lived 3 blocks from the beach, walking with it was still pretty bullshit, though possibly coz I never found a way to properly secure the boat to the trolley.

The wheels have bearings I think, they seem pretty decent really, but yeah I ld agree that trying to tow it on a bike would be pretty risky

since i had mine ive been pretty evangelical about it. easily the best ~£300 you can spend on your bike

yeah we had our first rose bud hit the finish line on the weekend. the plant is sort of plagued with black spot but it seems in reasonably shape at the moment, loads of buds

Don’t understand the comparison but yes, best fruit. Peaches are fine but the way the skin can be hard to chew isn’t great. Nectarines much more practical, and great with the addition of cottage cheese

We have a similar issue, though the tree in question is our neighbours. Huge pear tree but doesn’t fruit - I suspect this is due to the amount of ivy and honeysuckle on it, prob 50% of the visible foliage.

Ivy does a huge trade in bird/bee action during the winter, and it ties in with my plans for a deliberately dingy woodland section of our garden, but I do think the tree wants some attention. Partly because it’s fucking massive.
