My work are hosting a Hedon pop-up shop on the 24th Feb -> https://www.facebook.com/events/144130669649051/
If anyone is in the market for a flash new lid, and the weather improves a bit, would make a nice ride to the coast for some tyre kicking and stuff. There's also a helmet giveaway.
Plus, Brighton Tattoo Convention weekend, so it's fun for all the family.

I'm sure you have but just in case - have you considered Worthing? Lots of people seems to be getting priced out of Brighton and heading over here, but the ride into Btn is only the same as many zone 3 into 1 commutes.
We bought here (FTB) in October after realising we were never going to be able to afford to move back to Brighton, and its working out pretty well so far.

if it makes you feel better, I exchanged at 4.30 pm one day, completed midday the next. Right up to the wire of someone up the chain clusterfucking everyone. Still waiting on the contractually obliged deed of variation bits and bobs from our sellers 3 months down the line, but the move happened and our solicitor was a hardass but allowed it all to happen. I never want to move house again after the whole experience, but yeah - all is not lost.

FWIW, my work (non cycling, but also 'special interest') pays a few sites a monthly fee for basic ads to run (adblockers probably hide them). The sites don't provide any analytics of their own, we just send over files for them to implement, and I just monitor it through the usual channels. It converts reasonably well, so there might be scope for some advertising income for LFGSS without too much outlay in terms of workload (I imagine, don't know how hard it would be to edit sidebars or banners). The sites we use are not forums, more like blogs I guess, and are not ad-heavy.

If anyone fancies the ride out, my work are doing a bit of a new premises launch party this Saturday: https://www.facebook.com/events/157466104994542/
There will be some giveaways, some food stalls, some race bikes to poke at, etc etc. Should be pretty fun.

Not sure if this is necessarily the right spot, but I wanted to put out a discount code for my company for forumgers to use.
Jehubikewear.co.uk -> enter LFGSS30 for 30% off.
Some people on here will be familiar with our kit already, but essentially it's Italian fabrics, handmade in Europe, every design in mens and womens. All the bibs come with the Cytech Tour HP pad (triple density, carbonium fabric, generally really great).
I’m pretty sure the velomacchi thing was really just for the purpose of the shoot - they make a bag that they show with someone riding the Trek.
However I’m sure there’s someone on here who actually gets to CX races in this fashion, maybe they can answer? I forget who exactly but they made a rack to go on an Xt or some other mx/enduro type bike
