Repost with reduction
I am selling my Viva Pista as I now have a different neon coloured bicycle, and the clash of hues is making my girlfriend have migraines.
The bike consists of the following:-
Viva Pista 1 frame/fork (55cm)
Stock seatpost
Stock headsetSystem Ex 80mm quill stem
Charge Spit riser bars (slightly cut down)Brev.M 165mm crankset
Brev.M 44t chainring - plenty of life
System Ex 17t sprocket+lockring - pretty new
Odyssey Twisted peds, BLB double cages, Brev.m strapsHandbuilt wheels (built at Gatwick Evans Cycles)
Front - Halo Aerotrack white rim, 2x snowflake laced onto purple Halo hub
Rear - Halo Aerotrack purple rim, 3x laced onto white Halo f/f hubPlease note, the pictured Brooks is not included - I have invested far too much time shaping it to my behind - I will supply with a (fairly battered) Specialized Toupe Gel.
The frame is in very good condition due to being obsessively cleaned, though there are a couple of scratches/chips, the worst of which is pictured.
The bike has brand new Charge track grips, and new Vittoria Randonneurs.
£370 ono. Located in Brighton (Hove)

Repost with reduction and addition
I am selling my Viva Pista, as I now feel that what I really need in my life is a fixed cx bike with a 203mm 6 piston disc brake and stunt pegs. Or some watered down version of the above. Slash I bought a motorbike as a project and its proven more expensive than planned.

Hell yes, ill wire some money somewhere and learn semaphore, all in the aid of furthering my enlightenment.
Just so its clear, I'm very not knocking the event, I will do my best to make it, and told a relevant customer about it at work today
No probs Paul - has she got a bike now? There were sizing v availability issues when I left brighton

i don't really understand the point, but more than up for it, should be a good warm-up for the following weeks sportive...so is it more like a self-sufficient long distance ride survival-y type deal rather than attempting to get a good time, no feed stations etc so you have to carry enough with you? what's the penalty for finishing too quickly, double-entendre based ridicule?
first time go at writing a cheque it is then, weird week, had to send a fax the other day. must be in ashes to ashes

Having got a new bike and started training properly and riding loads, I have subsequently grown out of a couple of jerseys. Both are pretty new, all inside label printing intact etc.
Mavic Helium - size Large (but they come up very small, I usually wear a medium Nalini, this is a bit smaller than that), full zip, one of the rear pockets is zipped
£15

The type of bearings shouldn't make any difference, and cup-and-cone systems are really worth avoiding. The biopace thing is just an early ovalised chainring design, the cranks just need a square taper axle to fit to, and the frame will take an IS thread 68mm bodied bb of any kind, so putting the two requirements together, a 68x113 shimano un54 should be perfect and long-lasting

Both wheels still for sale
