people who leap to mind for this would be Paul or Nige
In general it is as you say, any tattooist worth their salt wouldn't be hugely keen on just replicating something someone brings in on a bit of paper. Anyone would be ok with you coming in with that and saying "I want a cartridge bearing, sort of like this" though, I would expect.
Both my suggestions are into bicycles in some capacity, if that helps.

if its a small combo, a clothes horse over the amp and mic stand, then drape a heavy blanket or something over the top. Blackout curtains are great for this. It may remove too much room tone for you though.
Alternatively, try to remove as many perpendicular hard surfaces as you can. Angle the amp, hang stuff on the walls (big canvas frames work pretty well so it could be a great opportunity for some decadent interior design)

just about functional though. i chose to assume that 42mm is not the upper limit on tyre size, unless this bike is being built around a specific pair of tyres with sentimental value
edit- it could be a bike fit thing, but then i would think shorter cranks would be easier to find than a high stack bike for small 650 tyres
It’s these - I’ll grab a picture of the setup on the bike in a bit. No weather protection beyond heat shrink but it’s not been a problem
