Fickle I know, just bought a 2nd hand Thomson for the Plug. Decided I don't like the positive rise, is it an LFGSS "fail" to mount upside down which would put it at the angle of the original stock item ? Personally I just want it to feel right but by the same token I do want it to look good too...

Black stem, 110mm x +/- 6°. Removable hardware and like new. O/s clamp whereas I'm still a luddite on std clamp. £20 anyone... (Sorry I didn't include in the previous ad' too before I get lynched)

Fitted risers now so don't need these... Silver, ITM Mach-3 flat bars with a teardrop section either side of the std 25.4mm clamp point. Cut down to 21" and both rare and light. £12 posted ?

Thought I was a reasonable mechanic but recently bought a 2nd hand Plug Racer. Absolute belter that had been used brakeless previously. Fitted the brakes but never been happy with the actual braking up front. It kind of pulses although the wheel isn't badly out of true, like there's high-spots on the rim. TBH, the wheels are pretty mint to me and I've never had this sort of problem on mtb's... Do the wheels just have to be perfect to "feel" good with side-pull brakes ??

Anyone got a "nice" set surplus ?

Bought these on a whim but decided I'm gonna stick to a boring colour scheme now... Never opened, in the packet with sticker, ltd ed' baby blue colour... Just want my tenner back and that's posted 'cause I aint no Londoner...

Hate the drops so ripped 'em off soon as I had the bike, reckon I'd get on better with the std' plug bars so will swap for a set if anyone's interested ? Must be mint and taped up... Mine have the white grips too btw.

Interested in the brakes if anyone that buys the group doesn't need 'em....

Prefer flats so these retro style bars off my Plug racer are for sale together with the white plunger grips. Literally weeks old, mint bar for some faint scratching where I (sadly) fitted brake levers. Based in the Midlands but will gladly post, not sure what they're worth ? Would also trade for some nice brakes or Thomson goodies...

Did you use a shim on the bars too so as you could run that same brake lever ?
