Have worn specs on bike every day for years - my cycle specs have reaction lenses and heavy anti scratch coating. Also to keep them planted in place most opticians should be able to put small o rings inside the hinges - they work really well and stop any slippage

On Fri I saw a guy on what looked like fixie being pursued on threadneedle st by a city of london skoda with blue lights on - the police driver looked v serious about apprehending the cyclist - maybe a slow day - he chased him up to a slow moving traffic and it looked like the cyclist got away.... so as above,if you are going to run, ideally do it in traffic!
