i've been looking on ebay and stuff for a cinelli alter stem and i can't find any to fit an inch and an eightth steerer tube. is this because they only made them for inch steerer tubes or what?

where in the UK can i acquire vallie components? i saw a picture of a vallie fixed hub on the bike porn thread, looked on their web site, emailed them and never received a reply. those hubs look really solid and easy to service. i want one for the fixy i'm about to build for myself, are they availible in the UK, if so where?
