I was indeed! Who are you?! What bike do you have, I would have noticed your bike.
I was with Marco, who rides a blue Charge with chrome forks, and Kyle, who is slightly younger than us and apparently wears caps a lot (he had one on today, hence the relevance)!i was gonna come and say hi but had to shoot off,
i ride a black blb frame front and rear white areospokes.
im going to try and get down south bank next weekend. -

Good ride today guys. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time on the Southbank, we did get to have a good cruise about town and I, thankfully, sourced a very nice wheel indeed :-)
@JOHNNY FITZ - Where were you?! We're nice friendly people and enjoy as much company as can be thrust upon us!Lurker are you the guy who was outside 14 today doing tricks with a white helmet on
-
sell them and get some decent wheels. Or buy black ones.
what do you think is going to happen once the black chips?
and how have you chipped them - nothing should come in to contact with the rim /
wheel!?[/QUOT
its stone chips more than anything but where the breaking surface has started to come away the cracks have moved down on to the actual spoke part of the wheel.
As for painting them black i understand there going to chip again but it wont look as bad as on the white wheels. -

why won't you get served at 18? This is the UK, not America!
I still attended drinks when I wasn't drinking myself - it's not really any different.
there was talk of a non-drinkers drinks meeting ages ago. Probably best not to go to a pub for that though.
I'd be up for a meetup outside Ed's diner for a milkshake then a ride - who's with me?!!??!
the milk shake and then a ride sounds like a good idea.

oh Jonny ya silly sausage, you've done the equivalent of walking into a club and loudly asking if anyone knows where the drugs are and then bellyaching cos someone sold you an oxo cube…
Alleycats tend to be a bit word of mouth and are not 'seen' to be organised because if anything goes wrong or if someone gets hurt then no-one wants to get jacked with a prosecution or a liability case.
Very often they are courier based events with informal participation for non-couriers.
so you don't tend to wander around a public forum shouting it out. You got bagged for that so take it on the chin fella
ride safe…
point taken big daddy.it was my mistake to have asked the question in the first place.
@JohnnyFitz - it's always worth remembering that you'll run into people from the forum at social events. A good rule of thumb is to never say something on here that you wouldn't say to their face.[/QUO
im prepared to say it to there face .
read the thread from the start and take a look at who started the slaging offlike i said it was just a question ,and i now appreciate it was a stupid one.
im not here to argue. -
Listen fred im perfectly calm i started this thread with what i now understand to be a bit of a silly question. But that dosent give people the right to call me a cunt or tell me not to get uppity .i think i have been reasonable in my reply.
And to be honest i dont really want to get into a slanging match with anybody. -

Jonny, if you know anything about allycats - you should be expecting that sort of response, ESPECIALLY if no one knows you.
i understand the idea of them being secret ,but as i was openly told about the 14 bike one
and have seen others spoken about on the forum e.g halloween and valentines day i thought that it was something that was shared between members.
sorry for presuming that i would be welcome to join in i wont bother asking again. -

OMBRE walworth road near the bp garage.
im the guy you spotted a few weeks ago coming out of kennington park.sorry for the maniac wave i realised after i passed you that i was on the new bike so you probably thought whos the nut job ?
