I used the methods given on the tufo website http://www.tufo.com/ - go to instruction and scroll down to the taping bit.
Or try googling / youtubing it

Yes and also replacing tubs is a bit of a nightmare altogether.
Ive heard some people have had tubs slide off when skidding making the bike a death trap?
Would do if they are improperly glued / taped on. I find I can change a tub (using tape) much quicker that i could change an inner tube on a clincher though. They are pretty easy to get on once they have been pre-stretched

me too - "barge" and "pole" spring to mind

I can't see why someone would make those other than for asthetics (which are very good I admit), but i'm sure they'll try to promote them as letting you put more power down or something.
Yeah but they would have exactly the same effect as a crank that ran from the centre to pedal thread. The bend might flex a bit too... They do look pretty cool though

sure someone was after these at some point http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Giant-12-spoke-aero-wheel-tt-time-trial-triathlon-tri_W0QQitemZ230327669320QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR?hash=item230327669320&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1688%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

If I knew how to work with vertical drop outs i'd love this Stan Butler, only £23 at the minute
Eccentric hub like an ENO or use this http://www.eehouse.org/fixin/formfmu.php to find a magic gear

Hmm, what time? I text him and he said £500...
Em I emailed him a couple of hours after the auction had finished. Said he was looking for £400, apparently a private sale fell through but he had pulled the auction?? Unless i missed something it just ran out with no bids. Reckon he might accept an offer of around 300-350 though. I was only really interested as I thought the auction could have been won for £1, and it would be easy for me to collect
