Hello all. We got burgled late last week and my geared bike was stolen. It's a Felt F95 (team colours) with an unusual wheel setup. Campy Nuetron front and Shimano RS80 rear. Here's me riding it (green lined tyres were replaced with lightweight bonty efforts):

If anybody spies it, give me a shout. I've checked Brick Lane.

Liverpool midfielder Lucas is banned for the next game v West Ham.
West Ham have said they will appeal the decision.
ha! Nice.
On the Pires situation. I cannot believe that another team has not tried to snap him up already. Maybe he still looking for silly money? Good temporary signing if they can get him on reduced wages I reckon. I presume they can sign him now but not get a number registered for him until January.

My fees were still below the £3,300 mark and I paid it off as I went through, using the money saved each month from having paid off being married to now pay for the degree.
In real terms doing the degree didn't affect my take-home each month, but ending the degree did cause it to increase.
Maybe Damo mean it the other way around? Now you have a higher level of qualification you can get paid more.... The company I work for are often paying for employees to go through masters and PhDs. I cannot really understand the thinking behind this. They pay the tutition fees and get a reduced service (study days) so that the employee can ask for more money once they have completed the course. Seems a bit odd. I'm not complaining though...

Oh. He's a lovely chap that Basso.
I'd laugh my ass of though if somebody had converted into a pengy-esq "fixie".

Fulham supporters, however, who are generally more recent converts to football support, are much more chippy in their attitudes
I don't agree with this. One of the major problems with the Fulham support is its old age. You are maybe right in that there are not many mid 30s Fulham fans. The club in the vital years of their footballing upbringing were languishing in the lower leagues and they went glory hunting (Chelsea).
Believe me, the Riverside and Stevenage Road ends are full of old codgers. That's why they don't sing, need blankets and get upset when the play becomes too exciting. Our euro run, caused many casualties and a sharp increase in cardiac arrests.

chelsea v fulham described in the times as 'one of the least toxic derby matches in football' i agree with that but am trying to think of some other 'least toxic' derby matches
I suggest that whoever wrote that does not really know what they are on about. It's been pretty fiesty over the years when the clubs have been in the same division.

I missed out on chavsea tickets so watched the manchester derby instead. What a pile of shit, worst derby match I've ever seen. Two buses parked.
Fulham were woeful.
All reports from fellow Fulham fans suggest this.
We normally have a bit of a go at the dog track and give them a game. Poor show from Hughes (Mark that is, not Aaron). -

Cheers. I'm not holding out much hope though.
