I pass there daily and I hate that bit of road. Of course I cannot know what specifically happened to this cyclist, but personally I find that allowing cars to park just where the bend starts has given me plenty of 'oh shit' moments.

got a response this morning from Roadsafe London for reporting a lorry driver swerving all over the place whilst talking on his mobile. nobody was prosecuted as there was no photo/video evidence, but I reckon the check up can't have gone unnoticed in the company.
