Without the mechanical early in the race the team would have had a different stretegy and potentially could have ended up worse off than they actually did once they were forced into their 'nothing to lose' corner. 3 stage wins and second on the podium after re-writing the battle plan is pretty impressive. I shall be rocking my Movistar top round the lanes with pride today.

I popped into the sales office of this development. None of the flats are ready to move into but, according to the sales guy, all bar 2 have been sold at or near the asking price of around £350,000 for a 2 bed flat and mostly to first time buyers. I thought I was in touch with London prices but I'm gobsmacked at what these are selling for.

Find a carrier bag that ideally has none of those tiny safety holes in it. Wrap the bag round your hand, stick aforementioned hand down the bog and plunge up and down until the blockage clears. You could try it bareback if you're feeling really brave but the bag both help with hygene and makes a good seal for the plunging action.

Most places offer that, Evolve do as well. Trust me, those guys are very good at what they do. It will be tuned specifically for your car, and then you'll be provided with an OBDII tool to switch back to standard map.
Their demo cars are ridiculous.
Thanks for the info. Still at the thinking about it stage but I may pull the trigger soon.

That looks like a good upgrade. I'd go to Evolve though, much closer, and they do really good work with BMWs!!
I quite like the idea of this bit of kit that allows you to save the OEM mapping to swap back before sending the car in for a service thus hiding the fact it's been remapped and avoiding losing the remap if the dealer installs an update.

Enjoying mine too. Very impressed with the mpg - 39 v's 22 for pretty much identical driving conditions.
I think I got lucky. The car's just 2 years old and I bought it privately for a couple of k's under dealer prices with no worries about warranties as it's still got a year to go on the manufacturers. It's well speced and the seller didn't even realise some of the extras it had and so made a hash of his advert. The seller was the second owner yet the new reg doc came through as just one previous owner. Not sure how but it may have been down to a plate change. Another bonus! And before anyone tries to unnerve me it all stacks up on HPI etc. -
Boom:
I finally sold my E46 330ci from way up thread and replaced it with one of these in white too...
It's a 325d but it feels like it pulls much stronger than the 330. Really tempted to increase the 204 bhp to 300 though with a bit of help from these guys http://www.ecotune-scotland.co.uk/vehicles/cars -
I was quite lucky getting on the property ladder. I beat the Poles at their own game and went and worked in Warsaw for around a year. The contract included hotel accomodation and living expenses so every penny earned was straight into savings. Without this head start I may never have owned my own property as I'm real crap at saving.

Can't decide what's funnier. The description of the local area or the web address for the page - http://www.higginshomes.co.uk/developments/BlueprintSE16/about%20the%20area.aspx#!prettyPhoto

who gives a fuck what car drivers think they are on the whole selfish ignorant morons especially the van + the 4w drive types ......they shoot up the road at stupid speeds with phones stuck to their ears its them that needs more rigorous testing !
This in spades. Any and everyone without exception who drive a van is a total cunt.
And don't get me started about BMW drivers.....

Collective wisdom of lfgss required - we need to fit a blind and the window unit, which is plastic, extends all the way to the ceiling so I'm seeking advice on the best way of attaching the blind. Previously we had curtains in the room, and the pole only had two supports, one at either end, screwed into the plaster. The weight of the curtains caused these to come out of the wall (the house is Victorian and the plaster is pretty crumbly).
Is fitting the blind to the ceiling an option? Or should we attach a baton of wood across the entire width of the window frame, then attach the blind to that?
Any advice appreciated.
Would fitting the blind to the window be an option? Is it a blind that's just fitted at the 2 ends or does it have a centre support(s)?
