Trek 850 steel frame and fork 48cm. 1" headset (none included), canti mount on forks but frame mounts removed as I was going to try and set it up fixed with a magic gear. Paint partly removed so would require spraying. Plenty of clearance as it's a mtb frame set. Could be built in to a fun little bike of some sort. £15

Ok so it's time I cleared out the basement as the hoarded parts are taking over and spilling out into living space which isn't fair on everyone I live with.
So to kick off the sale I have made a donation to the forum and here is the first item up for grabs.
COLLECTION ONLY* PLEASE FROM LONDON, SW2 ( near the cross roads where Brixton and Streatham hill meet). *I may be able to within London depending on where and when.
Charge plug frame and forks, XS (51.5cm c-t), paint badly scratched in places but no dents, forks resprayed red. Headset included. £100
Apollo aluminium 19" frame and forks. 1 1/8" quill stem, headset, seatpost, front v brake and bars included. £30
I will be listing more parts asap. -
Spotted a possibly stolen bike this evening at work in wandsworth evans,
Vivalo track f+f around 54cm gray ish I think
Lino straight bars in silver with no grips
dura ace track hubs with pink deep v rear and what looked like a H plus son front rim in black
No brakes, and only toe clips with no straps. We fitted a new bontrager race tyre (blue with black centre strip) for the "owner"
although as they left my colleague mentioned that the owner had said something about just buying the bike for £10 !!!They had gone before we had a chance to do anything but now I feel it my duty to report this in case somebody is missing it somewhere.
In the event that it isn't stolen and the person was the legitimate owner, I apologise in advance if you are apprehended in the street by random vigilante cyclists.

Regarding the snow BMX- I fitted a bottom bracket to put my feet on. I was shocked when on it's first run I found there was no need to use your feet or anything else for balance as it's stable enough to just lean and carve. I think out of about ten people who tried it, of varying enthusiasm/ natural ability, only two fell off during about forty runs down a hill in brockwell park.

My most recent build. Been commuting on it for a few months and really happy with it.
The frame set is a 1950s/60s F.C.Parkes 531 that I had resprayed to match the origonal colour which was perfectly preserved under the headbadge, unlike the paint on the rest of the frame when I got it.

I have a united team frame, shadow conspiracy forks and s&m bars which I'd be happy to donate to a good cause. It might be a bit overkill though, depends how seriously you think it's likely to get ridden?.
The frame and forks are both brakeless which may not be ideal and all the parts are stripped to raw metal so could do with spraying but isn't much of an issue for a bmx. It's all sat gathering dust in my basement along with my complete bmx which only sees the light of day about once a month.
I can help with other parts and build it if need be. Anything to help out a bmxer.

I can confirm that there will indeed be a bike shop opening there. I'm friends with the people behind this new venture and am sure it will be a great success. It's due to open october this year.
