Meh, you seem to prefer a lot of things from several years ago ;)

Can anyone help an idiot (me) with a bit of javascript? Trying to write a script that identifies whether an image is portrait or landscape orientation then scales the image so that it is at a minimum 7016 x 9933 px (or 9933 x 7016 depending on orientation...)
I think I've got the basic logic of it right but I don't know a jot about js but think in order for this to work I need to have the five lines after each if(Orientation...) condition be a block statement but can I do this whilst having another condition inside of it? If anyone could explain it to me like I'm five I'd be greatly appreciative!
app.preferences.rulerUnits = Units.PIXELS; var doc = activeDocument; var Orientation = parseFloat(doc.height/doc.width); if(Orientation>=1) var doc = activeDocument; var wFactorP = parseFloat(7016/doc.width) var hFactorP = parseFloat(9933/doc.height); if(wFactorP>hFactorP){doc.resizeImage(7016,undefined,undefined,ResampleMethod.BICUBIC)} else{doc.resizeImage(undefined,9933,undefined,ResampleMethod.BICUBIC)} if(Orientation<1) var wFactorL = parseFloat(9933/doc.width) var hFactorL = parseFloat(7016/doc.height); if(wFactorL>hFactorL){doc.resizeImage(9933,undefined,undefined,ResampleMethod.BICUBIC)} else{doc.resizeImage(undefined,7016,undefined,ResampleMethod.BICUBIC)} -

We do indeed all have double standards. Some of us, however also have humility and are happy to swallow our pride and apologise for our behaviour after being told by multiple people that it was unacceptable.
As has been pointed out several times the language you used was outdated, lazy, and offensive. The manner in which you've dealt with justified criticism is frankly utterly embarrassing and telling someone to put you on ignore so you don't have to moderate your vernacular is so endemic to this problem on a macro level that it would be hilarious if not so pathetic.
Edit
Oh and also nice addition of transphobia at the end there, super classy. Bravo. -

Rode back via Brixton this evening and from Elephant and Castle to Oval there was a guy doing celebratory arm throw, fist pump at each light after winning(?!) Either taking some perceived commuter racing way too seriously, super stoked on new Strava PBs, or trolling everyone. Whatever the reason it was really very amusing to watch. Is he a regular feature on that road?

Have a Beko washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a Hi Sense fridge freezer. Beko stuff is now 7 years old and still going without any faults or repairs. The Hi Sense fridge freezer is 5 years old and generally great but after two years the LCD temperature display on the fridge door stopped working. I would absolutely buy from both companies again though.

We've just a somewhat similar experience.
Some agents were more than happy to show us a few places (though most of them had been on a while), but equally there were some that were not interested until our was on. One even wanted us to show a decision in principle, deposit, and flat on the market before allowing us to view anything.

Clearing out our office I've come across a Cat 6a cable with a single rj45 plug at one end and the other splits off into 4 individual rj45 plugs (1x blue, 1x orange, 1x brown, 1x green). I assume because of the colouring of the plugs they correspond to each pair of wires within the cable.
A cursory Google didn't shed any light on what this is/does probably because I have no idea what exactly to search for, can anyone sate my curiosity please?

If it's this spec then only somewhere in the region of £20-£35 I'd suspect.
Ebay has one sold for £34 and one that was relisted several times that didn't sell even at £12

Is it viable to dual boot Windows 7 and 10 keeping that scanning software on the Windows 7 partition and using Window 10 for pretty much everything else?
What's the scanning software? It's probably something you've tried already but would Vuescan work for you?
