It is terrifying out there. This morning a lorry reversed into a side road, indicated to run right, busses cars all stopped, girl on old racer rides straight across the lorry's path as its about to move off!!!
I think most cyclist mentality is that of panic.
I wonder if the 'Noddergeddon' though will force motorists to be much more aware of cyclists, even though they may hate cyclists more!

I saw a fella on a Cinelli Vig, 14 bike co T, brakless, possibly even had white spok, Between Clacton and Frinton sea front, a couple of months ago!

I think I saw this today - vile fluro orange, double black spok? It was unlocked outside a shop near Maryland Station. The owner will have to try harder than that to get it nicked!

I used a miniature blow torch, hammer and pliers to remove a SKF plastic cupped bb.
Heat/melt non drive side, hit drive side spindle with hammer, bearing and spindle pops out, have access to melt and remove plastic shite. Be patient though, took a while.

Orange spok spotted in E11, E7 area, shocker!
