For sale (sadly) is my Dawes 1 Down touring frame and fork for 26inch wheels.
Tig welded Reynolds 631 tubing with heavy duty cromo fork.
The top tube has a small ding as does the seat tube where the front mech was. See pics.
It provides a very nice, comfortable ride, even when loaded. Has quite a long wheel base similar to the Surly LHT or Thorn Raven. These were made to be used with drop bars.....so naturally I put riser on.........
It has 3 sets of water bottle bosses and various mounts for racks and guards. It is pictured with 26x2.25 tyres, you may struggle to include mudguards if using similar sized tyres.
I used this for Grinduro last year, it was not exactly fast or maneuverable but very comfortable and can confirm it virtually invisible to Instagrammers.
Will come with 27.0 seatpost and a rear rack included.

The purpley Blue sparkle paint is very nice in the sun but bad in places, especially the bb.
One of the cable adjusters is stuck.

Raleigh Special Products Division 853 frame with original full carbon Mizuno fork and 1 inch carbon steerer bung.
55cm tt, 54cm st (57cm to top), Tig welded. Aero down tube. 1 inch head tube.
Paint is generally very good, some chips mainly on the clear coat. Amazing pearlescent white, rad flames etc. Takes a 27.0 seatpost, I have a basic silver one I can include.

Paul's are also nice and less pricey. Had good experience with them.
Easy to change bearings. Only one sided and 44mm chain line though.

Giro Bibs size M. These are very nice, with pockets in rear and piss hole at front. Worn for about 5 minutes before removing and washing. Would fit someone about 5'8 to 5'10 with slim build, im average 5'10, they are too small on me.

As someone who up until recently was in the same position, looking after a toddler in E7 I can recommend a membership at Leytonstone leisure centre. Has a Creche for up to 2 hours, enough time to do a decent spin session in the gym. Has spd pedals on the bikes as well.

Shimano BB-5500 is the cheapest Octalink V1 BB that will fit.

Bump for a bargain chainset.

Spray some wd40 in there and give it a hefty whack. Worked for me in the past.

The Icetools ones do work but are a bit tricky. Locate as centrally as you can and tap very gently to begin with then a big whack when it feels connected. Took me a while to get it but was then no probs.
