Helmet is a S/M, fairly full can of ACF50 and boots labelled as size 8/42 but fit me fine and I typically wear a size 9 shoe.

@Sigh - I’ve added images with measurements which I hope will help, shout if you need any clarification. Often think it’s best to be able to measure up against a jersey you have and know fits.
